We’re bringing a two-day dry needling refresher to Whitehorse designed specifically for physiotherapists who already perform dry needling and want serious time practicing and refining their skills.

This weekend is all about motor skill practice. Expect lots of lab time, repeated reps, and focused technical work across the neck, shoulder, thorax, lumbar spine, hips, and lower extremity.

This is high-rep, hands-on refresher weekend for physiotherapists who already needle and want serious time on the needle across the upper and lower body. This course is all about practice—online programming, lots of lab time, technical refinement, and skill confidence.

Matt Boudreau, PT, IMS

Matt Boudreau is a physiotherapist based in Vancouver, specializing in musculoskeletal care with a focus on shoulder, hip, and knee injuries, as well as post-operative rehabilitation. He has held certifications in Functional Dry Needling (IMS) since 2016 and has completed extensive postgraduate training in manual therapy and exercise prescription.

Matt is a clinician, mentor, and educator at Tall Tree Health Vancouver, dedicated to supporting both new graduates and experienced therapists in advancing their skills and confidence. He has served as a Clinical Skills Assistant with the UBC Masters of Physiotherapy Program and regularly supports UBC MPT students through their clinical rotations, while also leading the coveted Tall Tree Learning Nights, fostering professional growth and collaboration in the community. Outside of work, Matt stays active through running, weightlifting, and playing hockey. He enjoys quality time with his wife and two daughters in Brookswood, balancing his professional and personal life with passion and energy

Sean Overin, PT, IMS

Sean Overin is a physiotherapist based in Vancouver, specializing in musculoskeletal care with a focus on persistent pain, neck and low back disorders, headaches, and upper extremity conditions. He completed his transitional doctorate with Evidence in Motion, and holds advanced training in acupuncture and dry needling since 2014.

Sean is the co-owner of Tall Tree Health Vancouver and serves as the Director of Learning across all Tall Tree locations. Since 2017, Sean has been an educator with AMP Healthcare Education, where he develops and delivers progressive, clinically relevant education for rehab professionals. He has taught with the Evidence in Motion team and collaborated with AMP colleagues on the Lumbo-Pelvic and Cervico-Thoracic courses. Outside of work, Sean enjoys mountain biking, running, music, and exploring British Columbia's vibrant craft beer and wine scenes.
