AI chatbots in musculoskeletal rehab—hype or real progress? A recent study by Rossettini et al. (2024) explored how AI chatbots are being tested for triage, patient education, and clinical decision-making. The potential is there, but accuracy? Still questionable. AI “hallucinations” (made-up but confident-sounding answers) are still a big challenge, however, it get's more impressive every week.

I’ve been using an AI medical scribe for the past year, and it’s cut my charting time by 75%. The biggest impact?

✅ Computer is off to the side and spend more time with patients.
✅ Less admin burnout and comprehensive charts.
✅ More energy for outside the clinic stuff.

I can’t imagine going back. Could AI do the same for exercise programming next? Yep, its coming sooner than we think.
