Care Navigation Level 1
This course is the foundational training program for new care navigators at Tall Tree Health. It equips new team members to run the front desk with confidence from their very first days on the job.
The course pairs the practical and the personal. In Jane 101, trainees get hands-on with the Jane practice management system — scheduling, patient records, and billing — working through each chapter alongside their own Jane account. In
Customer Service: The Basics, they learn the human side of the role: what great service looks like, the stages of the patient journey, the fundamentals of funding, and why every interaction matters.
By the end, new navigators will know both the tools and the mindset needed to deliver a seamless, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through the door.
